They get lead to this massive building thing

The baby was placed down in a chair
"Give her back to me"Lara said
"Im afriad we cant do that"
Some blonde woman then walked in
"Its that headmaster from the school"Katie nudged Lara
"What school?"
"Remember, we went on that misson"
"Er...no"

"Is this the baby of Torchwood?"The woman asks
Lara and Kate looked at each other
"I said..is this the baby of torchwood?"She shouted
"Yes it is!"Katie shouted
"Kate!!"Lara said
"Sorry..again...reaction"
"Look shes not from torchwood shes just-"
"Her father..whats his name?"
"Im not telling you that"Lara said
"Captain Jack Harkness? From the 51st century?"
Lara looked away
"Its a baby for feck sake"Kate said
"Not just any baby, we've been monitoring her, shes been advancing very quickly and we would like to use her for a project"
"She is a baby! She is some sort of project. You're not taking her"
The Doctor then walked in handcuffed
"Oh hi guys, thought i was the only one here"He smiled "Did i miss anything?"
"This wench, wants Kim for a project"Lara said
"Oh you cant do that!"The Doctor said "Shes my little neice. Gorgeous girl she is"He said beaming
"Yeah you cant take her away, whose gonna be my partner in crime?"Kate laughed
"Shut up"Lara sighed
"We need this baby."The blonde lady said "Shes very important to us. And since you all belong to torchwood you agree to the terms and conditions"
"It hasnt got anything about taking babies away"
"Yes, but she is apart of Torchwood now, she has to be researched and made sure no-one else finds out about her"
"Shes only 7 months old!"Lara said
"Enough talk"The lady walked off
"Get out"The guards say pointing guns at them
"I would but im cuffed"The Doctor said "But we need Kimberly"
"You heard her, and we need you aswell Doctor"The guard said pushing him towards the way the lady went
"Out of the building now!"Another guard said to Kate and Lara
"Im not leaving without my baby!"
"Lara have you seen the guns on them?"
"They cant touch me, i work for them"
"If you do not move, we will have to use force"The guard said
"Lara..."
"Give me Kim back!"
They then got electric shocked and blacked out

They woke up outside the building which was heavyily guarded.
"Shit.." Kate says.
"Wheres Jack!" Lara shouts.
Jack then gets thrown out the doors
"Jack!" Lara runs up to him and hugs him "Cant you do something you like run this place!"
"Ive been thrown out..theyve changed all the codes..all the passwords..theres nothing I can do..wheres kim?"
"Theyve took her.."
"What you mean.
"Theyve took Kim Jack! We can't get her back" She crys on his shoulder.
Jack strokes her back "We'll get her back"
"Not only have they took Kim theyve took my sex toy!" Kate says.
"What?"
"The Doctor.." Kate says.
"Right..The Doctors clever..he should have some plan, right now lets focuse on getting Kim back"
"What about The Doctor! We cant just leave him!" Kate shouts.
"Look..The Doctor will be fine, hes clever.."

"For once in my life..I dont know how im gunna get out of this one" He sighs leaning against the wall.
He then gets moved by guards into a room where Kim and the women was.
"Hello Doctor"
"Morning" He smiles. "Hang on..what time is it?"
"3pm"
"Oh afternoon then" He grins.
"Enough! You have incredibly knoledge Doctor"
"Well..has been said"
"And we want it"
"Well.." He stands legs wide apart "If you can get it you can have it" He says.
"Oh believe me we can have it.."
The baby then starts crying.
"Oh for god sake" The Doctor sighs "Look at that baby..look at her, must be the most beautiful baby ive ever laid eyes on, shes scared..dont have a clue where she is or who she is with all she wants is to be with her mum and dad and your taking that away from her?! What type of person does that make you eh? They were happy..so why do you have to spoil it?"
She starts laughing and claps. "Great..that was great..just too late" She then points a weapon at him. He closes his eyes and concentrates..
If he could manage this..he would save everyone..if he couldnt his body would burn up and burn away all of his reginerations..he would be gone..for good.
He starts shaking and insintly turns blue a gas comes off him..a blue gas.
Kate then bursts into the room, gaurds chasing her, she stops and stares at him..as do the guards.
"Doctor..what you doing"
"Go.." He gasps.
"Doctor stop it what you doing!!"
Jack and Lara then come bursting in.
Jack looks at him "Oh no.."
"What? Jack whats he doing!" Kate runs to him.
"Hes..physcilating..its not good.."
"What!"
"Theres 10 percent chance it could work..but the other 90 percent..he goes..for good but it could save everyone"
Kate stares at him.
"We need to get out the room" Jack says.
Lara then notices Kim at the corner of the room.
"Kim!"
Jack runs to the corner of the room, he gets his gun out and points it at the gaurds.
"Come on Kate we need to go!" Jack says.
"Im not leaving him!!"
"Kate go.." The Doctor says "If I never see you again..I love you..always have always will..just..have a good life Kate"
"But how can I when your not gunna be in it!!" She crys.
Jack grabs Kate and they all run out the building.

Jack hugs Kate while Lara sees to kim.
"Why is it always him! Why does he have to have such a big heart to save everyone.."
"He's like that..he always puts others first even if that means sacraficing himself" Jack says.

They then all look up as the whole building lights up blue. Everyone in the building drops to the floor. The Doctor stands there.
"Doctor!" Kate goes to run to the building but Jack grabs her back
"Stop! Its not safe"
The building then turns a normal colour..the doctor shows himself at the gate.
Kate runs towards him "Doctor!!"
He lifts her up in his arms "Hey.." He smiles.
"How did you..survive"
"Got lucky I suppose.."
"Stupid bastard you could of been dead!!" Kate hits him on the arm.
"Oi! I just saved all of you..can be at least a bit grateful"
Jack then hugs him "You alright?"
"Got a horrible taste in my mouth.." He moves his tongue around "But apart from that fine" He gleams.
"How can he just..be so happy like that..when all this has happened" Kate says standing next to Lara.
"I suppose he has to..he cant live the whole of his life taking chances though..one day he isnt gunna be as lucky, he needs to calm down.." Lara says.
"Hmm.."
"Anyway! Lets go home I could do with a nice cup of tea" The Doctor says looking at Kate.
"Dont think im making you one you can go and get stuffed" She laughs.

Later on..
The Doctor walks up behind Kate in the kitchen.
"Oi you" He smiles holding her waist.
"Ye?" She turns around to face him.
"I love you.." He smiles.
"Love you too"
He smiles and picks her up
"Oi!" Kate laughs.
"Your not getting out of this one" He smiles and drops her on the bed, he starts undoing her top.
"My hero.." She smiles stroking his face.
"Its nothing unusual Kate..its just something I have to do.."
Kate then looks at him and sits up.
"What?" He says.
"You need to calm down though Doctor..you were lucky today...really really lucky"
He looks at her.
"I just..dont want to lose you, you have so much energy..your so brave and you take advantage of that"
"Well I cant just leave them all to die!"
"Ye I know that but you just need to calm down a bit..one day you arnt gunna be so lucky and I dont want that day to be anytime soon.." She stares at him.
He runs his hand along his jawline and nods "Ye"
