Jack and Lara were walking along a seaside holding each others hands. They both had a day off for once and The Doctor and Katie were looking after Kim

Jack and Lara were paddling in the sea together enjoying the time the had.
"This feels like we're going out again"Lara said

Then some demon was riding up towards then on a horse.

"Torchwood must die!"He screamed
The horses eyes were filled with fire. The demon was just a cloud of smoke with red eyes.

Meanwhile..
"Oh whats taking them so bloody long"Katie sighed
"Let them be"The Doctor said cradiling Kim

Jack took Lara by the hand and ran towards the jeep. There were now 5 demons on horses running towards them brandishing swords

Lara then went upstairs and phoned the doctor

"Demons on horses, 5 of them i think, trying to kill torchwood"

Jack then went to see how Lara was

The Doctor and Katie arrived. katie had Kim

"These doors arnt going to last much longer Jack.." The Doctor says standing behind them.

The Doctor runs up to the girls.
"Girls listen you stay here ok dont move, your safest up there"
"Isnt there anything we can do to help?" Lara asks.
"Not really..but you'll be safe up here, wont be long" He runs down the stairs.

The Doctor and Jack lifted her up into the car.
Jack knelt down to Lara as she was sat with her legs hanging out the car.

The Doctor walks off and phones them. Kate stood by him.

"We'll get your foot seen to, dont worry are you hurt anywhere else?"

"Gwens got here..she's fine.."

The Doctor hangs up "You alright?"
"Ye im fine..just a little shook up by all this"
"It has been a terrific day..especially for Lara"
"IS she gunna be ok?"

Torchwood picks them up and drop them back off at Torchwood. Lara gets cleaned up and seen to and they all go home.

Kims face lights up as she sees her.

Kate callopses on the sofa.

The Doctor searches the tardis for his bible, he thought it would be the perfect opputunry to sit down and relax. "Where is the damn thing?" He keeps looking and walks into the kitchen, he then looks down and looks at his bible in the washing machine ripped to pieces.

The Doctor storms in "What did you do that for!"

Lara walked over to Jack

"We're wanted"She pointed to the television

"On tonights news.."The Newscaster started "Three fugitives in London are wanted for fraud and violence against the public..."

"Cause you're not registered with Torchwood or not known for travelling with the Doctor"Lara said

"I dont understand this..how?" The Doctor leans on the desk.
"Who is this guy?" Lara says "And why am I involved and shes not!" Lara says pointing to Kate.

"Some years back..there was a war..he caused it..and now hes back..no doubt planningn something else" The Doctor says.
"Ye and you got turned into a granny" Jack laughs.
"That wasnt funny Jack.." He looks at him "Who saved us all?"

"Exactly" He says.
"So they just want you because you saved the world?" One of the torchwood staff say.

She turns back around.
"We need to go.." The Doctor says

So they head back to the tardis, trying to think of a plan. They all sat around the tardis.

She tried getting it off her hand but it seemed to be stuck, like magantised on.
"No point in doing that"The master said walking up to the cell
"How is this?"She said getting up
"Whilst you were knocked out we placed a mganectic chip into your hand allowing us to control the hand movement, thus being magnectic against that little device you're holding"
"What is it?"Jack asked
"Its a detinator"He smirked "Touch that, and one of the bombs goes off in england and around the world"
"I wont be touching it though"Lara said
"You didnt listen did you? I can control your right hand movements. You have no choice"
"Thats impossible"
"Really? Come have a look"
Guards then walked in and took her over to a near window
"I have this"The master said standing by the side of her holding up a small device
"Whats that?"
"This controls your hand"
It looked similar to the Doctor sonic screwdriver
"This is a laser scredriver. Like the doctors but more powerful"He said "And hes whats happens when you dont go along with what i say" He then pointed the screwdriver to her hand and her thumb touched the button. They waited a few seconds then a massive bomb went off. Killing thousands of people
"You bastard"She said
"Now you know what happens, you will tell me the codes for the world defence"
"I dont think so"
He smirked
"Ill leave you alone to calm down"
The guards then took her back to her cell
"We're fucked"Jack said


Katie didnt know what to do. She was running around the tardis, pacing up and down.

"Doctor, im more powerful then you. I looked into that vortex and heard the drums...do you hear them?"

"I saw something in that vortex Doctor. Something surreal."
The Doctor sighed

The master then twisted the screwdriver and pointed at the Doctor. Turning him into a former generation.

Kate paces up and down.. "Think think!"
SHe sits down and concentrates.."I know.." She smiles and walks over to The Doctors coat pocket, she pulls out the phycic paper "This should work.." She gets all dressed up, putting her hair up in a bun and wearing a suit. She smiles and picks up Kim.


Lara sits in the corner with her head down.
"Lara.." Jack says.
Lara lifts her head up.
"You alright.."
"Im worried..wheres Kim! Wheres The Doctor wheres Kate!"
"Kates got Kim dont worry..im sure Kates trying to sort something out now.."
Then something bleeped. Lara checks her coat for her phone..

Kate drops Kate off at her mates house and heads for the main building where the master was situatided (ooo).
She knocks on the door and a man answers the door.

"I'm Stacey Walker..The prime ministers new P.a?" SHe shows him the phycic paper.
"Ah yes..right this way" He lets her in and phones up the master.
"Sir? Your p.a has just arrived"
Kate stands around looking around her..looked pretty posh.
The Master then walks up to her and shakes her hand.
"Hello Stacey..right this way.." He leads her into his office. "Take a seat" He sits down on his chair.
"Nice suit by the way..very swish" He smiles.
"So whats the situation.."
"Well weve got our criminals, The Doctor, Jack and Lara but the thing is..The Doctor has a wedding ring on his finger, what I want to know is who is he married to"
Kate gulps and looks at him "Right" She nods.
"I havnt decided what to do with Jack and Lara..just leave them to watch the world crumble but The Doctor..I have a very very special suprise for him" He smiles.
"You held them somewhere secure?"
"Yes..south bound corridor in cells, impossible to get out, theres guards surrounding them anyway"
"Right.."
"Just start off by filling in them sheets on my desk, I wont be long.." He walks off.

The Doctor looks at himself, he looks at his leather jacket and a maroon jumper and jeans.
"What are you up too..." He says in a northern accent. (lmaoo CHRIS!)
"Well..that would be telling..but as I feel so sorry for you..every bomb I set off..your going down one generation, till your no more, im taking you back to the time war Doctor..the great war" He smiles.
The Doctor stares at him "No..you cant do this"
"I can..and I will" He smiles.
"Thats impossible! You cant!"
"Want a sneak preview" He points the screwdriver at him. Suddenly The Doctor was stood on his planet, a gun in his hand, daleks surrounding them, hundreds of time lords, he looked to his left. There was his house..his mum, stood at the door.
"Stop!" The Doctor shouts.
The master adjusts his screwdriver "Looking forward to it..Doctor, because I know I am"
He stares at him, with anger in his face.
"Now..if you dont mind I have business to deal with..guards move him to the cells"
2 guards pick him up by his arms, The Doctor stares at him as he walks off.

Jack and Lara cuddle up to eachother in the cell, both scared of what might happened.

"Right..Stacey I need you to post these, but dont let anyone get hold of these ok? Dont lose them" The Master passes them Kate.
Kate nods..this would be a perfect chance to find The Doctor.

She walks off and walks to the nearest post box, she posts them and walks towards the back of the building, surely it would be somewhere secret..
She sneaked around the wall, she then noticed two guards guarding the back way.
"If i can just remember my training.." She trys to remember back to her torchwood training where she learnt about sneaking up to people and grabbing them from behind.
It was worth a try..
SHe crept up behind them and grabbed them both in a headlock, pushing them to the ground knocking them out cold. She straightins herself up and walks off.
Next set of guards..piece of cake, she does the same and stops at the door. It read on it 'cells'. Would he be here? She opens the door and looks ahead of her, to her left, Jack and Lara..asleep and in front of her was..someone..but she couldnt recognise him. She walked closer to him.
The Doctor looked up "Kate.." He managed to say.
"Who are you.."
"Its me The Doctor" He grasps the bars.
"Your not The Doctor.." Kate sits in front of the bars.
"I am..listen, you need to get out of here"
"Prove your The Doctor!"
"Slowly..the master..he is changing me, he's making me go down my generations..soon ill be..no more.."
"He cant do that.."

"You look alot older.." Kate smiles "And your northern?"
"Well.." He smiles "Ive missed you..but you need to go"

He looks at her and touches her face "Go.."

"I used your phycic paper, im going to help everyone, try to get to the bottom of this, my names Stacey Walker.."

"You need strengh..courage..powers, things that you havnt got as yourself"
"Thanks.."
"No I didnt mean it..like that, listen, you could save us all"
"Dont be daft, thats your job" Kate says.
"Do I look like I can at the moment? Im dying..slowly I can feel my insides rewind..if you dont act now..the worlds going to end believe me.."

"I need to give you some of my energy"
"You cant! Your getting weak as it is.."
"Trust me..im going to transfer some energy into you.."

"Listen..get into the masters office, he should have some secret passage leading down to the control room, quite technical but dont worry you'll know what all of it is now ok? Try and shut down the system the only problem is you need a password.."

Meanwhile
Jack was walking towards the van when Brendan came up to him
"Why am i sacked i havent done anything!"
"I told you to get out of my sight"He said unlocking the van
"But you have no proof!"
"You're finger marks were on her arm! And you were out in the garden trying to kidnap her or something! Thats unreasonable behaviour!"He said turning round to him "You're lucky i dont contact the head office for this. But i'll give you a warning....if you ever go near her or Kim again....ill feed you to the weevils and watch you die"He said coldly
Jack then got in his van and drove off



Lara sat on the sofa
"God im tired"She sighed "I hope Jack isnt gagging for it when he comes back"
"Too much info"Katie said "You can have mine all he ever does is read bibles"
"Hey! The bible is a good story"
"Oh dont start"Katie said
Jack then came in not looking too happy
He chucked his keys down and went striaght towards the bedroom
"Hiya Jack"Lara said
"Hi"He mumbled
"Theres a drink for you over there"Lara said
Jack walked over to pick the cup up, just as he did everyone noticed blood on his knuckles, probably from punching brendan too hard
"Whats a matter with you Jack"The Doctor said "You're never like this"
"Just a bad day"He said drinking
"Did you speak to Brendan"Katie asked
"I sacked him"He said "And gave him one"
"You punched him?"Lara asked
"Yes"
"Jack you cant do that"
"I can do what i like Lara, its my office, my rules and he was trying to kidnap you or something! What else am i supposed to do!"
"He tried kidnapping you?"Katie asked
"Hes gone too far Lara and like i said to him if i see him again ill kill him"
"You're being just as bad as him"Lara said
"No im not, im protecting you"
"And trying to get arrested at the same time? What if head office knew what you had done!"Lara said
"Well they wont know will they!"
"I thought you were gonna chat to him?"
"I did then sacked him"
Lara sighed
"Im going"She said getting her coat
"Lara wait"Katie said following her
"Fuck sake I try and protect my family and look what I get!" He throws the cup at the wall and storms off to the bedroom.
The Doctor stands in the middle of the room, scratching his head.

"He was only trying to help.." Kate says.
"Ye but if Brendan goes to the head office Jack can lose his job! He can't just hit him"
"Think of it from his point of view..he loves you and Kim, he would do anything to protect you..even if that means beating the shit out of someone"
Lara doesnt say anything.
"See im right..it might be a good thing, we might not hear from him now"
"It was my own stupid fault for going for taht coffee with him in the first place, im sorry..your getting pulled into this"
"Eh..dont worry about me I can look after myself, its you im worried about.."
"Im fine"
"Your fucking shitting it!" Kate says "Just phone the police next time..and jsut hope for the best that Brendan doesnt go to the head office about it..ok?"
No answer..
"Lara?" Kate turns around..Lara nowhere to be seen.
"Fuck! Lara!" She shouts.

Kate dials Jack's number.
No answer..
"Fucking answer you bastard!" She throws the phone on the floor.
She then looks down at it in pieces "That was clever.."

"Get the fuck off me!" She screams as she is dragged into an abonded van at the back of some old flats. He pushes her in and shuts the back doors behind him.
"You thought you had this all worked out didnt you..get your husband to sack me and give me one..then I want bother you anymore? You thought wrong.." He looks at her.
"I didnt tell him to do anything!"
"Ye..ok then, you must of told him!"
"He did it on his own accord!"
Brendan punches her in the stomach "Shut up!"

Kate runs down the streets looking for Lara, shouting Lara. She could be anywhere..

The Doctor walks into Jack's room.
"Jack.."
"Get out" He mumbles into the pillow.
"Was just thinking..Lara and Kate have been a while, just gunna go out and look for them"
"You do that"
"Arnt you going to come..it is your girlfriend"
"Well where are they?"
"Thats what I want to know..Kate's phone is just going to answer machine and Lara's is just ringing and ringing"
"Its him again" Jack stands up.
"Jack..we dont know that"
"It is! Where else would they be! Theyve gone out on their own and yet agian its my fault for letting them! Im gunna kill him" He walks into the kitchen and pulls a knife out. The Doctor holds his hand down.
"Dont even bother Jack..thats not going to solve anything"
"Hes got your wife Doctor! Dont you care!"
"Course I do..im worried but im not going to kill the man!"
Jack drops the knife. "What about Kim?"
"Ah.."

"Hello?"Gwen picks up her phone
"Can you look after Kim for an hour please?"Jack asked
"Im at work"
"Please theres something i need to sort out"
"Alright, ill be up there in 5 mins"


"Why are you doing this? This isnt my fault!"Lara said
"You lost me my job!"He said driving to somewhere quiet
"I didnt, Jack did it all on his own. I didnt tell him to do it"
"You shouldnt of told him about us"
"What do you mean by us?"
"We had a drink, we got on well..."
"Dont insist we are...im with Jack"
He didnt reply

He then braked suddenly and Lara hit her head and got knocked unconcious


"Im in the shit"Katie said worrying
"Kate!"Jack drove up
"I didnt do anything!"
"Its Brendan"Jack said
"Oh.."
She then got in the van and they drove off
"How we gonna find her?"Katie asked
"She has a tracker on her teleport watch" The Doctor said "Hopefully we can find her"


Lara woke up in a field..It was windy and looked like it was starting to rain. She looked up and saw Brendan pointing a gun at her. She flinched
"You ruined my life Lara Summers."He said
She went to lift up her watch and teleport but it was gone, she looked down at her left wrist. It was bear
"I've got that now"He said holding it "Theres no escape now"
Lara kicked the gun out of his hand and ran for it
Brendan picked up the gun again and shot her in the foot. She fell flat on her face

"Are we near yet?"Katie asked
"Just a few miles and we've got her"

They drove towards some woods. Jack was starting to think the worst
"I know she'll be alive"The Doctor said
They drove onto a near pathway and got out
"Lara!"Jack shouted
"Lara!"The Doctor shouted aswell
Jack ran towards the signal.
"There she is!"Katie said seeing a person crying by a tree
Jack ran over to her
"Lara?"He kneeled beside her
She had blood all over her, mud marks on her face and her shirt was ripped open along with her trousers
"Lara..."He whispered as he stroked her face

"Oh heres the so called great captain Jack"
Jack, The Doctor and Katie turned around
Brendan stood there with a gun and Laras watch on
"You bastard"He said getting up
"Dont move..."He said aiming
"You're a sick twisted bastard. How dare you do this"Jack said
"One more move..."
"Brendan looks like you a bit"Katie said
"Shhh"The Doctor said
"I made sure i went out with a bang"Brendan smirked"But one more thing...i need to get rid of you"
Jack ran towards him and Brendan shot, shooting him right in the heart. He dropped to the ground
"That was easy"Brendan said
"You cant get away that easily"Katie said "Everyone will be onto you"
"Who cares when i've killed Captain prat"He smiled "Well im off"He said turning around
Katie went to go at him but the doctor stopped her
"Dont.."
Jack then gasped for air. He was alive again. He sat up watching Brendan walk away. He grabbed his trusty german pistol
"Brendan.."He called
He turned around
"What the fuc-"
Jack then shot him in the head
"Bastard"He mumbled
Katie ran over to Lara
"Are you alright?"
"No"She said sobbing

"Fancy meeting for another drink?"Brendan asks
"Er..."
Lara then remembered what Jack said
"Im busy tonight, with the baby"She said quickly
"Cant you get Jack to look after her?"
"I dont know....hang on...how do you know about Jack?"
"Oh me and him are good friends. We've known each other for years, i havent seen him in a while though"
"Oh...right.."
"Well?"He looks at her
"I dont know.."
"If you dont want to thats fine, i understand"He said walking away
"Wait.."Lara said "Ok...ill get Jack to babysit"
Brendan then smiled..he turned around
"Great, it would be nice to get to know you better"
Lara then didnt feel so keen on going out
"See you in the pub at 7"He said walking off

"God hes fit"Kate said running up to Lara
"Who?"
"That examiner guy"
"No hes not"
"Hes Scottish!"
"I know, duh, but he isnt my type. Jack is my type"Lara smiled
"He was a bit quiet you know, he kinda did help me but kept looking out the window at you"
"Did he?"
"Yeah...weirdo"
Lara sighed, she shouldnt be going out to meet this guy.

Back at the tardis
"How did you do?"The Doctor said reading his aliens monthly magazine
"Great! Hopefully ill pass"She said sitting next to him
"Good good.."
Kate then looked at the magazine. She pulled it down to reveal him reading the bible
"I thought it was too good to be true"She sighed
"Shhh, im getting to the good part"
"Fucking hell im going to see Lara.."


"Jack can you look after Kim tonight?"Lara said putitng some clothes on
"I cant babe, ive got work, you know that"He said watching her
"Im going out with Kate tonight, i need to unwind a little"
"But we cant leave Kim alone"Jack said
"Well take her to work with you"
"Lara...you know how dangerous it is there"
"Just place her in your office or something"
Jack sighed
"Are you sure you're ok?"He said rubbing her shoulders
"Yes, why?"She tunred around
"You just seem...distant"He said
"Im just...stressed out"
Jack paused
"Alright, ill take Kim with me, dont drink too much ok?"He said kissing her
"I wont"She said


Lara walked into the pub sheepishly, hoping no-one from work would recoknise her
She looked around for this Brendan but couldnt see him..
She quickly changed her mind and turned to go out
"Oh hi"He said smiling behind her
"Hi"She said
"Come sit down, ill get us something to drink"He said touching her back, directing her towards a table
Lara sat down
"You look very nice"He said
"Look..im with Captain Jack Harkness, this is just a drink ok? You know what he would be like if he found this out"
"Oh dont worry, i phoned him and told him all about it, hes fine"
Lara looked stunned
"Um..alright"
"What drink would you like then?"
"Just orange please"
"Not orange and vodka?"
"No, just orange.."


Kate went over to Jacks and knocked on the door...no answer
"Oi! You two stop shagging!"Kate bashed the door
Still no answer
"Hmm.."
She then made her way towards torchwood

Meanwhile..
"Kate look at this!"The Doctor said looking at his bible still
He then looked around
"Kate?"

"I want the postion of every alien device in the city, we need to get them removed a.s.a.p"Jack said to the team
"Jack they are giving off radioactive signals"Tosh said
"We need to work faster then!"
The door then opened and everyone looked towards it
"Hiya"Kate said
Jack made his way down to her
"What are you doing here?"
"I came to see you"
"Kate, go away we're doing a job here and i cant have anyone intoxicated on the premisis"
"Im not intoxic..whatever that is"
"Wheres Lara?"
"I dont know, i was just about to ask you"
"Stop mucking about, where is she?"
"I dont know Jack, i've been looking for both of you cause im bored"
Jack then stopped
She was with that bloke again
"Fuck sake"He shouted walking up to his office
"What? What is it?"Kate followed him
Kim then started crying
Jack got her out and started cuddling her
"If Lara isnt with you, which she told me she is, shes with that guy"
"What guy?"
"That Brendan bloke"
"What about him?"
"I told her not to go near him, shes gone out with him somewhere"
"Why would she do that?"
"Cause he is Manuplitive, he makes everything sound believable when it isnt really true"He said kissing Kim
"Oh right.."
"Look after her will you"He said passing Kim over
Jack undid his watch and pressed a few buttons



"God my head is spinning, you sure this is orange?"Lara asked
"Yeah"He smiled drinking his beer
"Its making me really...whats the word..tipsy"
"Probably cause its strong"He shrugged
Laras watch then went off
She lifted it up
"Lara.."Jack appeared in a hologram
"Oh..hiya.."She said trying to face away from Brendan
"Where are you?"
"Im out with Kate, i told you"
"No you're not, Kate is here with me"
"Oh.."
"Are you with that bloke?"
"No.."
"Dont lie to me Lara...what did i tell you about him? Dont listen to a word he-"
Brendan then closed her watch
"Lets take a walk somewhere"He said
"No, i have to go home"Lara said
"No you dont, just have a break for once"
"I cant i have to"
Brendan grabbed her arm
"Lets go for a walk"
"Ow you're hurting me"Lara said
"Come on"He said standing up holding her
"Hi Lara, hows things?"A collegue walked over
Brendan then let go and Lara ran off

Lara ran back home to Jacks and started crying

Meanwhile..
Katie ran into the pub as Lara was usually there
She looked around at the packed tables and saw one man sitting and drinking on his own
She walked over
"Have you seen Lara anywhere?"
"Nope"He said sipping his beer
"I thought she would be with you"
"Nope, i dont know where she is"
Kate sighed she started to panic
"So you busy this week?"
"Not really"
"Fancy a drink?"
"No im alright thanks"
He leaned forward
"Ill see you around then"He smirked
Katie then slowly walked away

Brendan drank the rest of his beer and got up and walked towards Katies direction
Katie was talking ont he phone to Jack. Brendan stood behind her
"I dont know where she is?"
"Ill check my flat"Jack said
Katie put the phone down and looked up, brendan stood there
"Need any help?"
"No, go away!"
"Come on, i might be able to help you find Lara"He said leaning closer
"Go away you freak!"Katie pushed him back
Brendan stumbled
"Dont you dare push me!"He then slapped her across the face "If i ever see you again, ill give you a fucking good hiding"
He then carried on walking
Kate held her face, this guy was really a phyco..

Lara ran into her house.
"Your right" Lara sat down on the sofa.
"Where have you been!"
"Hes a phyco.."
"What?"
"That Brendan.."
"Why whats he done..if hes touched you!"
She goes quite.
"Lara! Dont try and cover things up" He then lifts her arm up to see finger marks.
"Mind Kim" He grabs his jack and goes to walk out. Lara grabs him.
"No! Leave it, your gunna make things worse!"
"He's hurt you! You shouldnt of gone out with him! I told you!"
"I know I know.." She looks down.
"Kate's been looking for you.."
"Ill go round now.."
"Not on your own"
"Why"
"Because he could be anywhere! Ill come"
She sighs and walks out.

Kate slowly walks into the tardis and sits down.
She stares at the walls, her face stung.
"Kate that you?" The Doctor shouts from the shower.
"Ye..im here.."
He walks out with a towel wrapped round him, he looks at her.
"You alright?"
"Fine.."
"You dont look it" He walks closer to her and moves her face to one side.
"Whats that"
"I fell"
"Youve got a hand mark on your face and you fell?" He raises an eyebrow.
She nods.
"Dont be stupid..whats happened, you and Lara fell out?"
"No.."
"Then what!"
"Nothing!" She walks off.

Jack and Lara then knock on the door.
"God sake.." He opens the door.
"Kate here?" Lara asks walking in.
"Ye, shes in a mood though.." He walks back in and lets Jack in.
"Why?" Jack asks.
"I dont know, she's got a hand mark on her face and she wont tell me what it is, I thought it might be Lara and her fighting but apperently not"
"Well I havnt seen her so.." Lara says "Ill go in and talk to her"

"You got any beer?" Jack asks.
"Got a can in the fridge.."
Jack stands up and walks to the fridge.
"Yes course you can have it Jack" He says.


"Whats happened?"Lara asked Katie
"I went looking for you and got fucking hit thats what happened"Katie cried holding her face
"By who?"
"Who do you think?"
Lara paused
"What did you do to make him do that?"
"Nothing! Thats what!"
"Well im sorry Kate"
"You fucking well should be. Me and Jack were worried to were you had gone"
"I didnt want to tell anyone, i just wanted to be friends"
"Do you think Jack would let you do that?"
"No"
"Well keep away from him Lara, hes a sick bastard"Katie said climbing into bed

Lara walked out to Jack drinking a can and the doctor playing with the baby
"Wheres Kim gone?"He said covering his eyes
Lara then picked her up
"Lets go"
"There- oh shes gone"The Doctor said opening his eyes
"We're going"Lara said
"Are we?"Jack asked
"Yes, i wanna go home now"
"Ok"
"See you guys later"The Doctor said

The Doctor walks into the bedroom and sits on the edge of the bed.
"I wish you would talk to me..heard you and Lara shouting"
"Its her fault.."
"Whats her fault"
"That!" She points to her face.
"Why" He strokes her back.
"I went looking for Lara, me and Jack were worried and thats how I got this..she was with that Brendan guy..I got in the way..he slapped me happy?" She sighs.
"He what?"
"Im not fucking repeating it"
"He slapped you?"
"Yes! Now leave me alone"
"Well im trying to be helpful!"
"How are you being helpful when your bovering me when I dont want to be bovered with!"
"Oh fine! Whatever Kate" He walks out.
Kate sighs..

Lara sits down and switches the tv on.
"Your really quite.." Jack says.
Lara focuses on the screen.
"Ye Jack.." Jack rolls his eyes.."Talk to me!"
"Im watching tv!"
"I give up..im putting Kim to bed"
"You do that.."
"I will.."
"Go on then!"
"I am!"
"Do it then!"

Meanwhile..
Brendan opens the back gate to Lara's garden. He sneaks past the shed and sneakily looks through the window, he watches Lara watching tv, he looks at her.
Lara quickly turns around, nothing there.
He pops his head back up. Lara turns back round.
SHe pulls a face and opens the back door, she looks left and right "Hello?" "Hello? Anyone here?"
She walks out and then gets grabbed from behind.
She screams but he covers her mouth up. She struggles and they both fall to the floor. Lara tries to reach for something to grab a hold of to get out of his grip but he was too strong
"Stay still"He says quietly
He rips her jacket off
She keeps struggling and elbows him in the chest. He gets winded and she crawls along the patio desperatly trying to get away
Brendan holds onto his chest and chases her
"Get off me"She cries

Jack turned around, he could hear faint screams. He ran into the lounge.
"Lara?"
Lara turned over on her back and kept kciing violently at him
"Leave me alone!"She screamed
"Lara?"Jack looked towards the open door
She kicked him in the face and ran towards the doors
Brendan got up and ran off
"Lara what are you doing out here?"
"He was here Jack, he grabbed me"She said holding him crying
"Who? Brendan?"
She cried more
He walked outside to loko for him, but he had long gone
"Ill have a word with him tommorrow morning"


In the morning..
Katie walked out towards Torchwood
"Did you find Lara in the end?"Brendan asked walked behind her
Katie didnt answer, she just walked faster
"I didnt mean what i said last night, i had too much to drink"
She didnt reply
"I got a car if you need a lift"
"Fuck off"She mumbled
"Please yourself" He smiles walking off.
She sighs and walks on.

Lara sits on the edge of her bed rocking Kim, she starts crying.
"Shh.." She rocks her.
"Right..you be alright on your own?" Jack says kissing her.
"Ye.."
"You just stay here..you have told me everything right? Anything you havnt told me..I can get him sacked for this Lara.."
Lara nods "Ive told you everything"
"Right..The doctors coming round in a bit to check on you, Kate will be popping round at dinner, she just needs to catch up on her writing" He kisses her one more time and walks out.

Jack walks into torchwood, he notices Kate sat in the canteen.
"You alright?"
"Fine.." She sits drinking her coffee.
"You catching up ye?"
"Ye..going up to office in a sec, just needed a drink.."
"Alright" He walks off.
He walks in the direction of Brendan's office, he walks in, Brendan looks up "Yes boss?"
"With me now.." He trys not to get to angry.
"Why?"
"Now!!" He shouts.
"Someones touchy.." He follows him out the room.
Jack leads him into his office and shuts the door in front of him.
"Right..im trying to be very very calm here..as it was my girlfriend who you are harrasing..but I dont fancy losing my job over you so..your sacked"
"What?"
"What do you mean what! You heard! Your sakced get out of my sight!"
"I havnt touched Lara.."
"See youve landed yourself in it..who said anything about touching" He raises an eyebrow.
Brendan stutters. "Look I havnt done anything!"
"Now your sacked..I can do this" Jack punches him round the face.
"Now get out of my sight!!" He shouts.
Eveyrone outside freezes as they hear the shouting.
"You havnt heard the last of me.." Brendan looks at him and walks out, everyone stares at him.
Jack sighs and leans on his desk.

It came to the afternoon and Kate packed away her stuff, she made her way out of her office.
She walked outside the building and noticed Brendan stood outside the building. Kate ignored him and carried on walking.
"Hey!" He runs up to her.
Kate turns around "Leave me alone.."
"Just trying to be friendly"
"Fuck off or im going to the police"
"For being friendly?"
She carrys on walking.
"How many times..im sorry ok?"
"Just fuck off!"
"Thats not very nice..fancy a drink?"
"Im married! Now will you leave me alone?"
"No.." He smiles "I think your fit"
"I think your fucking annoying! Fuck off!" She runs off.

The Doctor was sat in Lara's with the baby. Lara was making a cup of tea.
The Doctor puts Kim in her cot as she was fast asleep and walks into the kitchen.
"Ill finish that off if you want"
"No its alright"
"Are you alright?"
"Yes!"
The Doctor rolls his eyes "Alright.."
Kate then walks in.
"I swear..we need to do something about that Brendan guy.."
"Why whats he done?" The Doctor asks.
"Keeps talking to me! He asked me for a drink I said im married and he starts calling me fit and you just cant get rid of the bastard" She sits down.
